We now offer a loyalty points scheme so that you can earn points as you shop
and redeem against future purchases.
To create a new account for the first time you must first place an order and complete the payment process. When this has gone through successfully it will pop up with a confirmation message to say the order has been placed. Just below this message there is an option to create a new account by entering a password you want to use. Once that is done your account will be created.
Then next time you come to shop simply enter your email address and the password you chose to login in to your account, which is found at the top right corner of the website. This will then keep a record of previous orders placed and keep your loyalty points topping up!
DELIVERY INFORMATION: (Except Koi)
Over 95% of orders are dispatched the same working day when received before 12pm,
we use a next working day service with a signature required when delivered.
If you will be at work, perhaps a different delivery destination may be better to ensure a timely delivery.
Small items that are posted will not require a signature.

We use the services of the UK's only licensed carrier for Koi, APC.
They have many years of experience in this field.
We take every precaution to ensure your koi arrive in the optimum condition possible.
Koi will not be sent unless we have spoken on the phone or by email to agree a day for
delivery to ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery.
The boxes are double wall, bespoke made, double bagged and insulated with the correct level of water and oxygen.
There is only one delivery charge per box, multiple Koi can fit in one box.
If more than one box is required we pack accordingly to provide the best conditions possible. (Dependant on size/quantity of koi)

COVID - Koi deliveries are running now. If you have opted for Koi delivery you
will be emailed on the Monday of each week detailing when/how to receive your Koi.
