Day 2 - Hosokai Koi Farm
First stop in the morning was the Nagaoka Koi Show, we spent a few hours there admiring some lovely fish. A cracking Nogami Kohaku took Grand Champion and deservedly so.
After lunch we took a drive through winding roads up the mountain to Hosokai Koi Farm.
Fantastic scenery, friendly hospitality and numerous fish that oozed quality. Our aim in visiting Hosokai was to select some Non-Go-Sanke... but of course a few Showa's slipped in the selection bowl!
18 koi in total, Nisai, Female (except 1 Kage Shiro Utsuri), just beautiful!
