Kazuto Kohaku

On our last day in Niigata we visited Ikarashi Kazuto, on our last trip we selected a special Kohaku to leave in Japan over summer. To say we are chuffed is an understatement. At Nisai in April it was 48cm, now at Sansai 58cm. With a superb body. This will be staying for one more year, it will be interesting to see how the beni develops. Kazuto-san was explaining to us that over the next year the beni will really strengthen and darken in colour. The Shiroji is in fantastic condition and body conformation is perfect. Here is a photo of the koi back in April, with an updated photo & video taken yesterday.
